It operates through three segments: Structured Property Financing, Banking & Digital solutions, and Aareon. The company facilitates property investment; finances commercial property investments for office buildings, hotels, logistics, and residential properties; holds securities, as well as engages in treasury business. It also provides structured portfolio and cross-border financing; registered and bearer Pfandbriefe, promissory note loans, medium-term notes, other bonds, and subordinated issues; preferred and non- preferred bonds, debt securities, and private placements; and mortgage Pfandbriefe, and public sector Pfandbriefe. In addition, the company offers solutions for the integrated processing of payment flows for the institutional housing, commercial property, energy, and utilities industries; digital tenant deposit solutions, end-customer communications, and AI-supported solutions for invoices and dunning processes.
